Liberty Tax Service in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a TSA Enrollment Agent!
We partner with Idemia to perform enrollments for TSA programs including PreCheck, TWIC, and HAZMAT Endorsements. As an Enrollment Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our customers applying for these programs by reviewing and verifying their documentation, capturing biometrics (fingerprints), and processing payments.
Essential duties:
Greet and sign-in customers
Assess customer identification documents for compliance
Navigate enrollments via proprietary software on a tablet
Troubleshoot software issues
Inform customers about the enrollment process and expected timelines
Update skills through monthly briefings and other trainings as assigned
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to pass Idemia and TSA Background checks
Disqualifiers are:
Felonies
Identity fraud arrests/guilty verdicts
Money fraud: check cashing, credit card theft, etc.
Computer hacking convictions
Prison time served as part of guilty verdict
Registered sex offender
Drug arrests within past five years, even misdemeanors
Acts of violence
Theft, break-in, armed robbery, regardless of time period
Excessive arrests record regardless of category
Arrests of acts against the government of the United States of America or NATO allies
Must be able to pass credit check (soft inquiry)
Disqualifiers are:
Any unpaid or overdue taxes to federal, state, local, US government
Multiple (non-medical) collections, liens, judgments, foreclosures, chapter 11, unpaid taxes to US government entities in excess of $2,000
Lifetime history of late payments, non-payments, and collections which show poor decision making and susceptibility to bribes due to large unpaid debt that is past due
Starting pay for this position will be $18.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and/or bilingual status.
