Savage Screen Printing and Embroidery is growing rapidly and is looking to add an Inside Sales and Customer Service position to our operations team.
We are looking for someone with experience in Sales and Customer Service. This position is based in Clinton Washington on the south end of Whidbey Island.
Responsibilities:
Over see day to day Screen Print Operations, including optimizing screen print production
Quickly and effectively quote and interact with customers via walk in, email or phone.
Help in assisting new customer that with artwork proofs.
Ordering garments
Assist with creation and implementation of Quality Control measures for Printing
Address and correct production inefficiencies
Requirements
Sales or Customer service experience
Ability to speak ENGLISH preferred
The ability to lead people and get results through others
Be reliable and timely
Have fun while working
Desire to be a long-term employee, willing to grow in responsibility, education, experience
Capable of remaining calm under pressure
Excellent written and communication skills
The ability to use email, constant contact, and the internet.
Have an ability to connect with people
You will be required to lift 30 pounds and stand on your feet for long periods of time.
You will be a full time employee with a schedule Monday thru Friday 9-5.
