Are you excited to help customers with their insurance needs? Do you enjoy customer service work? If so, Perla's Insurance is looking for a bright, talented, sales-minded professional who has a passion for the insurance industry and wants to work in an energetic, positive environment. This is a part time that will convert to full time. Insurance experience preferred but not required will train the right person.
Requirements:
-Bilingual (English and Spanish)
-Reliable
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Computer efficient
-Pleasant telephone manner
-P&C license preferred but not required
Insurance Agent responsibilities:
-Develop positive working relationships with clients
-Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
-Respond to clients questions and complaints
-Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations
-Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales
-Process client payments
