PNWA, a local provider of in clinic based and in home ABA services serving Whatcom and Skagit Counties is seeking positive and enthusiastic staff to work one on one with children. Instructors are supported by a great team of experienced and trained BCBAs. We are currently looking for a full time or part time Certified Behavior Technician to join our team in our group.

We believe a cohesive and positive team is not only possible but essential in creating meaningful programs. Each child's program is individualized, utilizing research based methodologies of applied behavior analysis.

Frequent supervision with your BCBA/Supervisor and on-going staff training provides you the opportunity to develop and grow professionally, as well as, make the most effective progress with your clients.

At PNWA, CBTs:

Complete agency-specific training

Are paired with clients based on location and skills

Implement individualized behavior analytic programming

Receive ongoing training and support

Work with as a valued team member to provide the highest quality of instruction

Qualified applicants will have:

Must Complete 40 hour training in ABA and hold a Department of Health CBT License (we can help!)

A strong interest in helping children with autism

The drive to learn and grow

Previous experience working with individuals with children with unique needs including Autism or learning disabilities. This is a great position for people who have worked as paraprofessionals, child care workers, and respite providers.

A strong work ethic, and will be dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic.

The ability to make a 6-month commitment to our clients
