Blue Star Welding is seeking an experience CNC Machinist Programmer who can work from a drawing or CAD model to develop manufactured products.
Qualification:
Proficient in FeatureCAM and AutoCAD
Knowledge of Mazak Quick Turn and Vertical Center Nexus
Effective communication
Critical thinking skills
Effective with time-management
Duties:
Analyze part drawings, sketches, and design to determine configurations of cuts, machine speeds and feeds
Use CAD/CAM programs to plan and program machines
Troubleshoot software settings when required
Evaluate drawings
Work with supervisors and shop staff to ensure quality control
