Making new reservations over the phone as well as in person using terminal
Modifying current reservations over the phone as well as in person using terminal
Posting charges, voids, and advance deposits to guest folio
Balancing till and cash sheets
Answering multi-line telephone system
Assist guests checking into and out of the hotels with questions and concerns
Making guest reservations for dinner, massages, cruises etc.
Ensuring hotel lobby and other community areas are always tidy
Stock brochures, flyers and front desk items
Stock coffee area, retail (chips, candies, ect)
Help with extra activities, as wash dirty dishes, wipe the counter, water flowers, vacuum.
Assist guests to solve problems in the rooms (clogged toilets, make beds, clean rooms if necessary).
Occasionally cleaning, bussing, and setting of conference rooms
Communicating well with co-workers and Supervisors at all times
