Coffee/Cafe Manager (Whidbey Island)
Looking for a full-time, experienced manager for our cafe style coffee shop to oversee and manage the operations. He/She will direct the entire coffee shop operation, which includes supervising all employees, ensuring the shop meets quality and food service regulatory requirements, and making sure customers are provided with exceptional service.
Qualified applicants MUST:
-Be outgoing, friendly and have great customer service skills
-Be available to work all shifts
-Have a valid food handler's permit
-Possess strong training skills
-Oversee and manage COG, Labor to sales ratios, scheduling, etc.
-Work well under pressure as well as adapt to high energy situations with a positive demeanor.
-Pass a background check.
