General Purpose:
To support the production and fulfillment of all products for Camano Island Coffee Roasters including but not limited to coffee production, order fulfillment, receiving, and cleaning.
20 hours per week. Schedule is flexible: Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. This is a part time non-exempt position.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support production of coffee by bag filling, and labelling.
Support production of coffee by restocking, rotating, and organizing green beans, roasted beans, labels, bags, paper products and all other inventory necessary to the production and fulfillment of product at the direction of the Production Manager.
Fulfilling shipments of product as needed at the direction of management.
Supporting production and fulfillment by emptying trash, cleaning and organizing work space.
Supporting production and fulfillment by performing all cleaning tasks at the direction of the Production Manager.
Cleaning and tidying of warehouse.
Cleaning office area, and bathrooms.
Willingness to learn forklift operation
Willingness to learn pallet jack operation
Assisting the production staff in the receiving of supplies.
Supporting company goals by restocking product at specified locations.
Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Following all other instructions and tasks deemed necessary and answering directly to the Production Manager.
Maintain a flexible attitude with different tasks varying day to day
$12 hour to start.
