Majestic Inn and Spa is full-service boutique hotel with 52 guest rooms, luxurious spa, event spaces, and multiple indoor/outdoor dining outlets. The property is located in Historic Downtown Anacortes. We are seeking an Operations Manager with experience in all aspects of hotel operations. This position has the potential for advancement for a candidate that exceeds expectations in hotel operations and people management.
Summary of Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations including guest satisfaction, human resources, accounting/finance, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities in a safe and satisfactory manner within industry quality standards.
