The owners of this successful "farm to table" restaurant have been in business for over fourteen years and are seeking a experienced breakfast and lunch cook that can work independently and can help supervise operations.
We are seeking the "right" person to work with us full time as a salaried partner. This individual will be involved in all aspects of the business with equal say in decisions such as hiring staff, menu design, purchasing and cost analysis, pricing, advertising and all other aspects of running a successful restaurant.
The qualified individual that will be considered must have front line cooking experience, preferably at least five years of previous experience and a good working relationship with employees. You do not need previous supervisory experience, but it is a plus. Of course you will need a Food Handlers Card, and be familiar with the "Person in charge" guidelines of the Health Department. There are a lot of other details that we will cover during interviews.
