Looking for an experienced bartender with vast recipe knowledge and creativity. Responsible for building sales, bar scheduling, creating drink specials, pricing, ordering, par levels, sidework lists, liquor costs and customer satisfaction. Pull tab knowledge would be a plus. Must be HONEST, reliable, enthusiastic, outgoing and able to handle food orders, dining room drink orders, bar drinks and pulltabs. Quick on a POS system and executing a high level of service in a fast pace environment. Must be able to create and sustain a positive work environment in the lounge. Direct and work well with others. Majority of shifts would be days.
