Home Instead Senior Care is seeking a Client Care Coordinator who is an organized, detail-oriented problem solver to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced team environment. The primary functions of this full time position include meeting with potential clients and their families and creating a Plan Of Care. You would also be responsible for conducting Quality Assurance visits to ensure we are providing the best care. You would be assisting with scheduling, answering the phone, and training CAREGivers. Qualifications include strong telephone skills, computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook. Customer service or scheduling experience is a plus. Current NAC or LPN license required. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM. You would be asked to answer a company provided cell phone after hours and on the weekend, every fifth week. The on call duties pay $200.00 for the week. Persons applying for this full-time position must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in a Home Care setting a plus! You must be computer literate, and able to pick things up quickly. Ability to work in a very fast paced environment is a necessity. Your phone skills must be top notch. Qualified candidates will be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background check, as well as a drug test. Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance.
