Halgren Orthodontics is looking for an enthusiastic treatment coordinator who has great energy, a passion for orthodontics, dentistry, and people, to join our team. Our ideal candidate will provide exemplary customer service and has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think on his/her feet. A treatment coordinator's priority is being knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly as he/she is the main point of contact for the new patient during the initial Orthodontic consultation.
Primary Responsibilities to include (but not limited to):
- Build a relationship with new patients during the initial consultation.
- Work closely with the doctor to present information regarding available orthodontic treatment options to patients.
- Make financial arrangements with patients to make orthodontic treatment affordable.
- Patient care phone calls.
- Develop relationships and communicate with referring doctors and their teams to ensure strong partnerships.
- Maintain and fill appointment schedule.
- Take appropriate clinical records on patients.
