Service Alternatives is looking for Direct Service Professionals (DSP) to provide exceptional in-home support, training & care to adults with developmental disabilities.

What You'll Be Doing:
There are elements of teaching & caregiving involved, which makes this work fun, meaningful & very rewarding!
Assistance with personal hygiene,
Food preparation,
House-keeping,
Shopping,
Community integration,
Monitoring of health needs, including supervision of medication.
You'll do a lot work in the area of Positive Behavior Support. SA provides exceptional training in this area. This is the part of the work that we do, that truly changes lives.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent,
18+ Years of age,
Legal, safe driver,
Able to clear the criminal background check,
Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday availability,
Fluent when reading, writing & speaking English,
Able to lift 50 pounds,
Excellent Professional References.
