Growing Landscape Company is seeking a Field Lead for Landscape and Lawn Maintenance Division. Must have valid drivers license. Mandatory minimum if 2 years landscape experience required.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to;
Train crew members to complete job within established time frame.
Plan and organize work for crew members on jobs.
Interface with clients when needed.
Supervise truck/trailer set up daily and manage equipment and supplies for landscape maintenance projects.
Tracking maintenance schedules for trucks and equipment.
Have knowledge of plants and trees.
MUST be able to operate trimmers, blowers and commercial mowers.
Perform weekly maintenance on equipment.
Must be able to drive a truck and trailer.
Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
Enforce company safety policies/procedures.
Required Washington State Driver's License and 3 years clean driving record.
Must pass criminal background check.
