Essential Flight Operations, LLC. is an agricultural and utility helicopter company that provides services throughout Washington and Oregon. We also provide maintenance, helicopter parts, and brokering both locally and internationally. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper:

Job Description:

​

- Manage bank accounts

- Manage Quickbooks Online account

- Handle company phone calls

- Manage customer spray records

- Assist with maintenance and flight operation record keeping

- Manage state and federal business licenses and taxes

- Manage DOT/FAA drug program

- Work closely with our accountant

​

Requirements:

​

- Great attitude and work ethic.

- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience.

- Quickbooks Online experience.

- Works with both Mac and Windows based programs.

- Self starter with interest in modern technology/processes.

- Aviation background and/or interest preferred.

- Interest in continuing education and growth within the position.

Pay is dependent on experience.
