Our motorsports / powersports dealership in Burlington, WA is in need of a people-pleaser to sell Parts and Accessories to our customers. This individual will work directly with walk-in, telephone, and online customers to help determine their needs, make recommendations, upsell P&A, and supply them accordingly.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner, and share knowledge of all parts and accessories merchandise we carry.
- Work with several customers at once while maintaining superior customer satisfaction.
- Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
- Proficient computer skills to look up parts in our catalog system. Accept payments for merchandise purchases while keeping register drawer accurate.
- Outgoing, friendly personality, and superior communications and customer service skills.
- Knowledge and experience with motorsports / powersports vehicles.
- Do you ride? Valid endorsement or ability to obtain one (two and three wheel)
