We are seeking Sales Professionals, preferably CPYBs (Certified Professional Yacht Brokers) to help us represent our exclusive brokerage yacht listings, help generate new yacht and boat listings and offer great Co-Brokerage Service to our clientele. Best of all, most all of our listings are in one location - our dry land show facility that provides easy transom access to allow you to show boats and compare boats for your client's side-by-side! No more jumping from dock to dock or driving from marina to marina to show boats! They are all here in one place!
Our expansion is growing our facility from 40 listings in one location to more than 100 in one location!
Selection AND value are our hallmarks - check out our listings on our Web Site - both current and sold over the past 10 years - and you will see a very wide variety of motor yachts represented in all price ranges. No Sail Boats! Just Motor Yachts - and lot's of them! We have plans to expand to new boats and yachts in the next year as well!
One of the best things about working with us is that we pride ourselves on the ease of which we can get our brokered boats through survey to close the sale! We have 2 full time yard personnel to check out boats ahead of survey, and our own KMI SeaLift to make hauls and launches to water easy and extremely economical to your clients.
Anacortes is a fantastic marine community with everything your clients need - from Fisheries Supply and The Prop Shop delivered to our door, to mechanics, upholstery to electronics, canvas to surveyors to documentation company all in town and all very good at what they do!
Commissions paid on sales AND listings, so there are no "exclusive broker listings" - any boat we represent are fair game for you to sell and to represent.
Compensation is straight commission, 1099 consulting.
You must have a proven track record of strong sales and sales growth. Be able to use a computer to add and manage your vessel listings after you have photographed (or videoed) boats. Be able to work independently and without supervision. Be capable and confident of running motor yachts up to 70 feet for sea trials and demonstrations and have a very strong working knowledge of how vessels work, systems operate, perform and compare to one another. Valid Washington State Boater's Card and Washington State Drivers License are also required.
Bring enthusiasm, experience, energy and be able to commit to our customers, clients and to BananaBelt Boats by joining our boating family. We are open 7 days a week - 9am to 5pm weekdays and Noon to 4pm Sundays. Days can be flexible, but will need to be consistent to build your clientele and drive your book of business and commissions to the highest level.
