We are looking for a Sales Person to join our team of professionals. This person will become part of the sales staff in our small structure division including carports, garages, boat/RV covers, etc.
Pay is hourly, DOE, plus commission.
Requirements:
*Proven work experience as a sales representative*
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office*
*Familiarity with construction and manufacturing practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships*
*Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales*
*Excellent selling and communication skills*
*Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills*
*Relationship management skills and openness to feedback*
Responsibilities:
*Present, promote and sell steel structures using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
*Perform cost-benefit and needs of existing/potential customers
*Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
*Reach out to customer leads (NO COLD CALLING, all communication will be because the customer contacted our office)
*Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
*Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule (Based on learning curve)
*Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
*Keep up with on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
*Continuously improve through feedback
*Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
