Faber Construction is seeking a Civil Project Manager/ Estimator in our Lynden Office. Our company provides site work services for an array of commercial and residential projects for both the public and private markets. Typical project size ranges from $3,000,000 contract value and below. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, able to problem solve, work collaboratively and autonomously. This position reports to a Division Manager. Preferred candidate will have a proven track record of estimating and managing successful Public Works Projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
Preconstruction services & estimating
Plan, organize and manage materials, equipment and subcontractors
Establish project objectives, schedules, policies, procedures and performance standards in accordance with company objectives
Monthly tracking of profit and loss on all jobs
Handle all correspondence with Owner and Subcontractors
Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective actions
Represent company in project meetings, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings
Responsible for aggressively managing site operations to include subcontractors and self-perform grading and structure work
Responsible for project correspondence, submit talks, schedule development and management, cost control, change order estimating, subcontractor management, safety and owner/client relationship
Qualifications and Requirements
5 years minimum project management experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
2 years minimum civil estimating experience
Procore, Microsoft Project, BlueBeam, HeavyBid experience is a plus
