As a Shop Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be to oversee and coordinate activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, machinery and equipment. You will also be responsible for maintaining supply inventory, delegating tasks to shop employees, and administrative duties.

What it takes:
Associate’s Degree in a related field from 2-year college or technical school (desired)
5+ years of related experience
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
