We are a Commercial Tenant Improvement construction company looking for full-time, long-term team members. Commercial construction management experience is necessary and tenant improvement experience is preferred but not required.
The Site Project Manager will be responsible for management of trades, employees, client weekly meetings, and building related interactions across multiple sites, employees and subcontractors. All thing related to completing the project on time and on budget.
Forward thinking and understanding of how to work in occupied buildings regarding, material deliveries, manpower management and waste removal.
Strong communication skills and the ability to generate and manage RFIs, change orders, request for proposals and build and maintain a schedule.
Punctuality and time management skills are a must with the ability to multitask and deal with the design build process.
Problem-solving skills and willing to make decisions are a must.
Attend weekly project management meetings to review companywide projects and manpower needs.
Will need to work off hours or manage others working night or swing shift.
Ability to be hands on with work in emergency situations and for instructional purposes.
Reliability and on time attendance is a must!
Continuing education opportunities and first aid training available.
The Site Project Manager needs the ability to take a project and run with it.
Qualifications
Clean appearance.
Industry standard tools.
Valid driver's license and insurance and reliable personal transportation.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Attention to job site and employee safety program.
Possession of/or ability to obtain a valid First Aid/CPR card within ninety (90) days of employment.
Excellent Wages and Benefits
Compensation Package: DOE
Benefit Package: 75% of employee medical/vision after 60 days, 50% of dental after 60 days
Paid time off after 60 days (accrual basis)
