Residential construction company seeks skilled carpenter with 3 years plus experience in framing, finish work, decks , int. and ext. painting, siding, remodels, etc... Must be able to work M-F 8-430 and lift 50 plus lbs. Applicant will have valid driver's license, hand tools and pass background check. Must be punctual, self efficient, honest and reliable.
Please do not apply if you lose your keys once a week, do not have a reliable baby sitter, have court way to often, think you're on time when your 15 mins late and want back Pat's and kudos when you do show up on time. Become an expert at your job and think you don't need to listen or follow through on daily tasks after the first day. Need to constantly be on your cell phone/ answer personal calls on company time and enjoys 2 hour lunch breaks.
