I work for a company looking for a couple OTR drivers and as a driver I can honestly say this is probably the best company I've worked for. it's a small trucking company and the owner/ dispatcher doesn't bother you and let's you do your job. I run 3500 plus miles a week get paid by the odometer and for every delivery. I don't sit and wait for my next load I usually know my entire week before I even leave the yard.we have a year end bonus and if we need time off all you need to do is ask. we go to Utah, Colorado and Midwest with '17 and newer trucks 70mph and '17 dry vans we also do California runs with a curtain van. Very few places we go have appt times. You just need 2 years experience DOT physical, good record, pass a drug test and references. come work for a great company where your part of a family not just working for a paycheck
