Skils'kin is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our growing financial team!

In this position, you will perform all key Accounts Receivable duties related to government contracts, including monthly billing, and receipt of payments. You will support our Programs Accounting Manager with financial analysis relating to our AbilityOne federal contracts. We are seeking a relationship-builder who will provide quality and timely services to managers and employees on Operations and Administrative teams.
This is a diverse position for an intermediate-level professional accountant. Requires strong Excel knowledge, keyboard, and 10-key skills. Ability to manage own priorities and deadlines and be able to focus on the details are also requirements to be successful in this position.
Qualifications
Education and Minimum Requirements
¾Bachelors degree in business administration/finance or equivalent working experience.
¾Above average proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
¾Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under stressful situations.
¾Possess knowledge, understanding, and respect of cultural/ethnic diversity.
Other Requirements:
¾Must pass pre-employment background check.
¾Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record determined by Skilskins vehicle insurance carrier
¾Must have empathy for individuals with disabilities or other disadvantages.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time (40hrs/week) hourly paid position with pay issued every two weeks. Skils'kin offers a competitive health and welfare benefit package which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k). Employees also earn paid time off.
