We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized self-starter with expert time management skills along with a strong knowledge of MS Office and Quickbooks Desktop.This position will be responsible for the maintenance of financial recordkeeping and posting transactions.
This is a part-time position with an anticipated workload of approximately 2-6 hours per month initially. Hours are flexible with some telecommuting available and some hours in our Liberty Lake office. Hours may increase based on performance and integrity.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Recording financial transactions
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Bank statement reconciliation and transaction posting
Candidates with a current bookkeeping business are a plus! This position is ideal for a tech-savvy individual with a strong background in Quickbooks and Accounting.
