Optic One Eye Care is growing and we are looking for new talent to add to our Team Member family. Our dedicated group of physicians, managers and associates are friendly, outgoing and have a passion for providing the very best customer service. Never worked in a health care setting? Not a problem. We provide training and we promote from within. What is required is an outstanding personality, strong character, good communication and typing skills, and a willingness to learn. Professional office and/or healthcare employment experience is appreciated. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
What does a Customer Care Associate do? Answer phones, schedule appointments, check insurance, assist customers with appointment check-in and with the selection of eyewear, and much more.
