Management experience: Time management of lifties arrival and departure to/ from work, Scheduling, managing breaks and lunches.
High energy and contagious attitude.
Uphold department standards for overall lift presentation and organization.
Process payroll on managers days off.
Assist is recruiting, hiring, interviewing, corrective action, coaching, and termination of staff.
Competent in opening/ closing lift stations.
Understanding and enforcement of policies, procedures pertaining to lift dept.

Able to lift 80 lbs.
