James A. Sewell and Associates, LLC is currently recruiting for a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor or Land Surveyor in Training to support our Sandpoint, Idaho office.
Our Sandpoint office is in need of a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor or a Land Surveyor in Training to perform surveyor duties. The candidate shall be comfortable working with clients and team members on diverse land surveying projects, including but not limited to:
Site Plans;
Topos;
Record of Surveys;
Plats;
Minor Subdivisions;
Floodplain Elevation Certificates;
Process Field Points;
Construction Staking.

Desired qualifications include:
Professional Land Surveyor License in Washington or Land Surveyor In Training Certificate required;
Four year Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying field preferred;
Recent AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting experience preferred;
Experience with Robotic and GPS equipment preferred;
Survey field crew experience preferred;
Good communication skills;
Attention to detail;
Interest in learning and growing;
Ability to work as part of a team.
