Longwell + Trapp Architects is a well-established, small architectural firm in Hayden, Idaho, looking for a full time Licensed Project Architect. Our firm provides architectural services for a wide range of projects and we work with every aspect of architecture; from planning to construction administration.
We are looking to add someone to our team with strong organizational and problem solving skills, as well as outstanding communication skills. The right candidate will be a team player, but will also be able to take initiative and ownership in projects and be able to work well without direct supervision. This position is responsible for project coordination, meeting deadlines, attending meetings with clients and appropriate consultants and/or government agencies.
The ideal candidate will be interested in all aspects of the firm such as business development, marketing and generating clients.
REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSED PROJECT ARCHITECT CANDIDATE:
B.Arch or M.Arch degree from accredited University
5+ years experience, licensed
Experience leading projects from conception through construction administration
Strong technical, design/creative problem solving skills
Strong Communication, both oral and written
Strong Organizational Skills
AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sketch-up experience required
Positive attitude, desire and ability to learn and grow
