Would you like to work in a beautiful custom home environment, caring for 6 residents, with a second caregiver as a teammate during your shift?
At Legacy Gardens we double staff from 6am to 10pm for 6 residents, to ensure proper time and loving care is given to all of our residents. You will have time to spend nurturing those you care for, instead of always feeling rushed.
We are looking for 1 very special person to add to our caregiver family. If you like organization and cleanliness, if you're punctual, a hard worker, and want to be a caregiver on a team where you feel appreciated, then we would love to have you on our team!
SHIFT HOURS (27 hours per week)
Friday: 1pm - 10pm
Saturday: 1pm - 10pm
Sunday: 1pm - 10pm
DUTIES
Afternoon activities and exercises with Residents
Cook and serve dinner
Shower residents
Help residents with ADL's
General house cleaning and dusting
Medication Assistance
Respond quickly to call alarms
Re-position residents as needed
Prepare meals for the upcoming day
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience and Good Work Ethic is a MUST
NAC/CNA/HCA/NAR (with Exemption Letter)
Nurse Delegation Certificate
Mental Health and Dementia Specialties Certificates
CPR/First Aid Current
Food Handlers Current
2 Step TB Screening (to be given within 3 days of being hired)
Be able to pass a Washington State Background Check and a Drug Test (We pay for) prior to employment
