We are seeking reliable and dependable individual to fill our Apartment Maintenance Position. This individual must have experience in repair and maintenance of multi-family apartment communities, be self-motivated, customer service oriented and have exceptional attention to detail with a passion to provide exemplary service! Requirements:
General apartment maintenance
Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
Carpentry and drywall repair
Interior painting
Appliance trouble shooting and repair
Have your own tools, current Driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform building and grounds maintenance/upkeep - repair, cleaning and landscaping
Prepare apartments for occupancy in a timely manner - painting and cleaning
Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner
Emergency maintenance
Display a friendly and courteous attitude toward residents and employees
Full time position Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm - On Call at times for emergency maintenance
Compensation dependent on experience. Paid Vacation after one full year and Holidays after six months.
Sick time after 90 days of employment.
