Benefits for the Commercial HVAC Installer
As a part of our company, you are entitled to benefits. The salary for this position is between $40-$80K annually. Some of these benefits include medical insurance after 90 days with the company paying 75% to you as the employee. It also includes six paid holidays per year, one paid week of vacation after one year and two weeks paid vacation after three years. We also offer a 401k match after you are vested and an annual bonus based on profitability. We never have layoffs. You'll be provided with a company vehicle for work and we have plenty of work to keep you busy!
A Day in the Life of a Commercial HVAC Installer
The Commercial HVAC Installer is responsible for installing and/or assisting in the installation of new heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, rooftop package units, exhaust fans, sheet metal duct, and other duties as directed by management. The Commercial HVAC Installer is expected to arrive at our client's business on time and appropriately represent the brand. Our Commercial HVAC Installer will profitably bring in new and recurring business to our company and communicate and work with Technicians, Dispatchers, and Managers as needed.
Qualifications for the Commercial HVAC Installer
Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial HVAC installation experience
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Great communication skills and a friendly personality
Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
