Framing Carpenter

We're seeking a few exceptional individuals that thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong work ethic to meet the demands of building homes in Kootenai County. With one-year minimum experience in stick framing, rolling trusses and sheathing roofs, we need optimistic framers to match up with the rest of our crew. Work is ready now and with our company, we have years of work lined up, so we are looking for committed individuals to join one of the fastest growing residential construction companies, Timbered Ridge Homes.
Duties:
Measuring and accurately cutting building materials
Designing and assembling structures.
Building structures from wood and supporting materials.
Building frames for houses, walls and other structures.
Skills Required:
Basic math skills.
Ability to read and follow plans/blueprints.
Measuring and planning.
Knowledge of building code.
Ability to lift/carry heavy pieces of material or structures
Use of saws and other power tools
Use of various hand tools
Education / Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Good carpentry skills
Additional requirements
Your own nail bag
Basic hand tools
Construction boots
Company will supply hard hats and safety glasses
Your own reliable transportation to and from job sites (rural areas)
