My wife are young professionals looking for a friendly, kind, reliable, transparent, trustworthy and hardworking person to help support us in maintaining our home - interior and exterior. Our home is 6,000 sq ft in a private and gated community and sits on 10 acres of beautiful views and landscape. All supplies and tools will be supplied.
This would be an awesome and fun opportunity.
Duties would include but not limited to:
Light Cleaning of home: vacuum, dust, cleaning hardwood and tile floors, clean patio
Deep cleaning of home: baseboards, trim, ceiling dust, window sills, showers, bathtubs, etc
General Organization of home
Clean and keep garage organized
Laundry as needed
Clean Hot tub as needed
Lawn and Landscape Maintenance include but not limited to:
Trimming trees, shrubs, plants and ornamental grass
Removing weeds and grasses in flower beds
Mowing lawn, weed - eating,
Fertilizing trees, shrubs, grasses
Place decorative rock and bark as needed
