We are looking for a Residential Cleaning Supervisor who will be responsible to oversee Independent Contractors that clean both our Single & Multi-family Units. This position will supervise the work activities of Independent Contractors and assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints. Will be required to clean the units as part of the position. May further be required to facilitate the movement of janitorial supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new contractors, and recommend dismissals. Primary responsibilities include:
Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks
Scheduling Work and Activities Scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as the work of others
Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Contractors Providing information to supervisors, contractors, by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Getting Information Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources
Additional Responsibilities will include:
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors.
Clean all surfaces to include walls, doors and storage racks.
Clean and disinfect all rooms in the Units.
Scrub various surfaces to remove stains.
Mix various cleaning agents.
Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors, using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
Clean all bathrooms and kitchen with mops and disinfectants.
Clean inside, outside, underneath and on top of all cupboards in the kitchen area.
Clean all appliances to include Refrigerator, dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, washer and dryer.
Move heavy equipment to include all appliances, such as refrigerator, washing machine and dryer.
Identify and report possible repairs.
Clean Blinds, Ceiling Fans and vents.
