The PSI, Inc. hiring department is currently partnered with a leading manufacturer who has been in business for over 100 years. We are currently hiring for a dynamic Inventory Control Lead to supervise the day-to-day operations and the warehouse staff.
The Company:
Currently seeking accountable, safety-conscious employees to join the team of a leading manufacturer that services various industries. The product line consists of precast concrete buildings: showers, utility, concession, vault buildings, threaded and coated pipe.
Shift: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm M-F
Wages: $16+ DOE
The Position:
Day-to-day operations include: monitoring all activities and operations of the warehouse staff, inventory control, order pulling, shipping and receiving. Must be able to follow all company policies and safety procedures. Candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office, have excellent leadership skills and previous Six Sigma/Lean experience (preferred). Other responsibilities include:
Accurately perform inventory audits
Interacting with customers
Daily cycle counts and analyze any discrepancies
Tracking receipts to ensure processed correctly and timely
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and strategies to operate more efficiently
Reviewing KPIs for any variances
Other duties assigned
