Currently we are looking for one Lube Technician (second shift) to join our team in our company headquarters located in Spokane, WA.
Our Lube Tech position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance on equipment. This includes facility maintenance and upkeep.
Job Duties:
Responsible for lubrication of equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment per the Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule.
Keep accurate and detailed records and PM schedules.
Performs tolerance checks and makes adjustments to ensure machine conformance to part quality requirements.
Observes mechanical operation of all equipment to determine machine conformance.
Skills:
Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a good driving record.
Must be fluent in safety procedures to include all things related to maintenance and repair of production machinery and ensure equipment guarding compliance.
Must have knowledge and ability to perform all aspects of LOTO requirements to meet state and federal standards.
Working knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic cylinder operation.
Ability to operate all production related machinery to include electric scissor lift, electric pallet jack, fork lift and overhead crane.
Must be well organized and be able to self-manage to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed.
Experience:
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. An Associate's Degree is preferred.
