CPA firm looking for full time Admin

Benefits:

o $17hr+ (can be hourly or salary)

Typical Admin duties:

o Answer phone calls

o Greet and take care of clients

o Grammar review of letters, emails, reports as requested

o Scan and organize documents. Maintaining the file system

o Shopping and mail runs

o Print tax returns

o Make calls for requesting information

o Set up net clients in portal, new folders

o Manage email and calendar

o Invoicing

Items we'd like you to learn or would be a huge plus if you already know:

o Bookkeeping with Quickbooks Online

o Payroll

o 1099, Power of attorney, Prep

Non-negotiable attributes:

o Willingness to learn and help

o Integrity and appreciation for client confidentiality

o self starter and problem solver

o Good grammar

o Experience with Word, Excel, computer folder systems, email
