Seeking to hire and train live-in or offsite Apartment Manager.
Spokane and Airway Heights
Positions will include a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment unit as part of the compensation package after training period of 90 days.
Full Time positions will include Benefits, Medical, Sick and Vacation pay, 401(k)
Applicant must pass a criminal background check, have valid driver's license and have Reliable Transportation

Duties
Responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance supervision of affordable apartments.
The manager will live on-site in one of our apartment complexes and will perform on-site management and supervise daily maintenance and will assist with routine matters as assigned and required.
Additionally, the Onsite Manager and Assistant Manager interacts with tenants, guests, tenant support staff, vendors to resolve issues and concerns.
The following Past Employment Experience will be of help
Apartment managing, Section 42 Tax Credit, Hotel front desk, any Position with Accounting, Auditing, bookkeeping,
Positions that include some basic mathematics, use of PC, filing, dealing with paperwork and Customer Service.
