Mobile Home Park in Spokane Valley looking for an Assistant Manager to help with the day to day tasks of park administration.
Candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, & trustworthy. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Collect & process rent checks.
- Update payments & balances in accounting software.
- Solicit & show prospective tenants available lots & homes.
- Process tenant applications.
- Help maintain park regulations & rules.
- Coordinate with park maintenance to address any maintenance issues.
- Deliver notices to tenants.
- Help maintain park cleanliness.
Compensation: Sales & Discretionary bonuses - $1600.00 a month
Availability: Monday-Friday Weekends on call.
