Schaffers Towing is looking for a part time dispatcher /front desk person.
Responsibilities include:
-Taking calls and sending our tow operators on those calls
-Releasing vehicles to registered owners
-Helping customers who come into the office
-Data entry
Qualifications:
-Attention to detail
-Strong customer service skills
-Knowledge of computer
-Excellent phone etiquette
-Ability to handle large volume of phone calls at times
This position will train for an allotted amount of time and then work Saturday and Sunday once fully trained. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make some extra money on their free time.
