Evergreen State Towing is looking for a new member to join our team who is available Evenings (3pm to 11pm), Weekends and Holidays! Dispatching experience preferred but not necessary. The dispatching portion of this position can be VERY fast paced with continuous problem solving and interruption so we are asking that applicants have the following traits and skills:
- GREAT Attitude, TEAM Player, NOT easily frustrated, Sense of humor
- Hard worker, Flexibility in hours available to work-we dispatch 24/7 including weekends and holidays,
- Pleasant phone voice and mannerisms.
- Professional appearance,
- Be a multi-tasker (there will be multiple duties on top of answering phones)
- Detail oriented and take pride in their work
- Ability to handle multiple incoming calls at once.
- Ability to deal with difficult people in a kind, courteous and professional manner.
- Familiar with computers and basic software, Ability to access and effectively utilize the Internet
- Reasonable typing speed, Ability to type and file accurately
Cannot have:
-a misdemeanor within the last year
-a gross misdemeanor within the last three years
-a class C felony in the last five years
-a class B felony in the last 10 years
-any class A felony cannot work with Washington State Patrol
Competitive hourly wage (DOE)with medical and dental benefits available after 90 days.
