The basics:
- 2+ years in Customer Service, previous DISPATCH experience in the Spokane area a PLUS!
- High school education or equivalent
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective telephone and administrative skills
- Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
