Now Hiring! Project Assistant / Data Entry Specialist (20-40 Hours/Week + Benefits)

We are looking for a part to full time administrative and data entry specialist for our office located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Our company’s focus is business development and contract/grant administration for a network of US research sites in the medical trial industry. Job duties include handling a large volume of documents and emails, assisting with data collection, logging, and submission, and working extensively and accurately with a large database.

Previous experience with data entry is a huge plus.

Our hiring goal is to find an individual who can help us efficiently process large amounts of email communications and critical documents accurately in a timely fashion. Requirements for these positions include the following:

Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Acrobat proficiency – you will be working with these programs intimately on a daily basis and must have command of the “basics” for each.

Ownership of Workload – you will need to navigate a large workload that is constantly changing in priority. Your ability to evaluate the workload, solve problems and set priorities without supervision is required. You will be expected to jump into projects and to take ownership of the work you produce without extensive oversight.

Learning New Skills – our company uses a unique ERP software, and works in a niche aspect of clinical trials. The ability to learn, adapt and troubleshoot are necessary for this position.

Attention to Detail – the documents we process on a daily basis are used in an industry regulated by the FDA; your attention to detail will be critical in data entry and record-keeping.

Organization Skills – the job will require the ability to prioritize a changing workload, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism, while adhering to tight schedules.

Ability to Meet Deadlines – Our industry has tight timelines for document turnaround, and our company prides itself on turning around documents faster than the industry average. The successful candidate will be diligent about following up on documents, and providing prompt attention to email.

Confidentiality – must be willing to sign Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreements upon hiring.
