Office Administrator/Receptionist: Pay DOE

MS Office

Able to multi task, answer multiple phone lines

Up to date on current office environment technology
Receptionist-
Answer phones
Greet incoming visitors
Help staff with projects as needed
Data Entry-
A/P, A/R, payroll data entry/backup into Accounting System
Document control
State and federal compliance reporting
Office Administration-
Oversee office cleaning / Kitchen area
Fax/Copier/ Printer maintenance
Get mail at post office daily/ open and distribute
Run errands
Track/place office supply orders
Human Resources-
Distributing employment applications/ New hire packets
Ensure that new hire paperwork is complete/ correct
Track distribution of company equipment/phones/Ipads, etc.
