High tech distributor looking for part time person to handle all aspects of Customer Service. This includes generating quotes, order entry, order packaging, shipping and receiving, creating all shipping documents. Outbound telephone calls to existing customer base, support of outside sales people. Monday thru Friday 10-2 (some what flexible). Must be very organized, be able to handle stressful situations, be a self starter and able to work alone. Customer service experience required, experience w/QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and UPS Shipping is a plus.
