AISC Steel Fabricator in Spokane, WA is looking to hire an entry/mid-level estimator with experience in the structural steel industry.
Experience and Qualifications:
Professional, self-motivated, individual who possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to read and interpret design drawings, specifications, and the understanding of Fabrication and Erection processes. A minimum of 2 years of field or fabrication experience preferred but not necessary, prior steel take off experience preferred. Computer skills must include a respectable knowledge of MS Office. Prior estimating software experience with StruM.I.S is preferred but not necessary.
Duties:
The qualified candidate will perform quantity take-off of structural and miscellaneous steel projects from plans and specifications. Input of data into spreadsheets and related estimating software, as well as preparing and submitting RFI’s and RFQ’s.
