Plumb Zebra (plumbzebra.com), a local Spokane valley start-up, is looking for a highly organized individual to help keep our business, our inventory, our office, our shop, and our fleet neat, organized, stocked and running smoothly. This position has a unique mix of administrative and physical, hands-on responsibilities with a variety of tasks and responsibilities including some dirty work.
Requirements:
Highly organized individual who thrives on keeping everything neat and tidy
Good work ethic and efficient with time
Able to accomplish goals by creating your own task lists without needing daily oversight or micromanagement
Dedication to accomplishing these goals even if it means staying late or coming in early on occasion
Clean drivers license
Lift 80 lbs (occasionally, not regularly)
Able to work late into evening on Wednesdays
Prefered:
Ability to tow and maneuver an 18' trailer (with our vehicle)
Able to work evenings occasionally
Prior inventory management experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Good over-the-phone, texting, and emailing skills
Responsibilities:
Keep our fleet of vehicles stocked with necessary parts and tools
Develop organizational systems to keep our shop and vehicles tidy
Manage inventory in vehicles and on computer
Label shelves, bins, shop, and make sure everything has a home
Ensure our shop, offices, and vehicles are kept clean and organized
Order parts online and locally
Run errands for parts and inventory, recycling, donations to Habitat Store, waste transfer station, etc.
Assist technical staff with occasional jobs
