Established locally in the Pacific Northwest, our client is seeking a qualified Support Specialist to join their team!What is in it for you:Work in a professional environmentSupportive team cultureConsistent work scheduleKey Objectives:Provide administrative support for a department, project, or program that contribute to efficient office operations, customer services, and program services.Aids in coordinating project, program, or customer service activities.Assists with coordinating day-to-day activities with other departments.Performs routine data entry tasks using department-specific tracking programs or systems.Receives and directs incoming calls and visitors. Takes messages, determines needs, answers general questions or routes to the appropriate department or individual.Sets up and maintains files and record keeping systems. Files and retrieves documents as necessary.Opens, sorts and distributes mail. Processes outgoing mail.Supports established department workflows in an administrative or clerical capacity.Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities “ knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.Experience and Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.One year of administrative, customer service and problem-solving experience.Knowledge of administrative, customer service and problem-solving practices and office procedures.Ability to establish and maintain electronic and manual filing and record keeping systemsAbility to perform data entry and basic written communication.Ability to troubleshoot and provide quality customer service.Ability to communicate effectively with other associates and customers.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Ability to communicate effectively, both, orally and in writing.Ability to work independently and as a team member.How to Apply: For immediate consideration click Apply Button Below.
